Welcome to the Sers Jack site.  If you love having fun, listening to and creating music, this is your place. Come back often and check out things I’ve cooked up specially for you.  I promise you will get something worthwhile. Why Sers Jack? Sometime in 1970, my late father Ramero Anzano Serrano, formed a musical combo composed of his children Henry, Glenn and Victor. This was the start of a life-long commitment to music and arts. His first instruments were borne out of hard work toiling nightly in musical gigs around Escolta in Manila. Despite all difficulties, he had fun creating music because he loved what he was doing ( and his music loved him back).  Amer as he was fondly called, paved the way for my own musical growth. I, Ramon Tulio Serrano owe all my musicalities to this one inspiration.  Now that I have been blessed with fulfilling life of pursuing my talents and dreams, I would like to give something back to Amer thru you dear friends. So put on your dark shades, turn on your stereo, toss that 45 record into the old reliable turntable, and LET THE MUSIC FLOW.
